Misrepresentation of educational credentials results in immediate termination of account and potential legal referral.

Schools & Institutes: All affiliation claims (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Board) and campus facility listings must be verifiable and accurate.

Students & Parents: Use of contact numbers and messaging channels must be strictly restricted to genuine academic inquiries. Spamming or abusive conduct will lead to immediate account suspension.

3. Study Materials & Intellectual Property

All downloadable resources, notes, past papers, and syllabi hosted on Theorem Thread are provided strictly for educational and personal study purposes. Commercial resale or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Theorem Thread functions as an education discovery and directory marketplace. While we perform document and identity verification checks on educators, students and parents are encouraged to conduct preliminary discussions, demo classes, and due diligence before entering tutoring agreements.
